The city quar­ter Do­mAquarée, with a to­tal rentable space of 71,000m², lies in the his­tor­i­cal cen­tre of Berlin, op­po­site the Berlin Cathe­dral. In ad­di­tion to many shops and a mul­ti­tude of restau­rants, one can find apart­ments, flex­i­ble of­fice spaces and a four-star ho­tel. Moni­teurs has been com­mis­sioned by Bil­fin­ger Real Es­tate to de­sign a new ori­en­ta­tion sys­tem for the out­door area.
