“Baukultur”, the building culture of our society, questions how we relate to our constructed environment. Our client, the Federal Ministry of Transport Building and Urban Development (BMVBS), who oversee current construction projects in Germany, plays an important role in the definition of the term “Baukultur”. The layout allows for projects to be presented in a wider scope. Text and images run parallel, making the information more accessible to the reader.

Images and text run parallel along the horizontal divide. Therefore, the reader can, with the aid of the photos, quickly get an overview of what he or she is looking at and "enter" interesting parts of the text, again and again.
